Objective

The Client had recently renegotiated contracts with its key vendors, updating price terms, incentives, KPIs, and SLAs. The Client lacked the resources to properly monitor the vendors to ensure contract compliance and overall optimal performance of its newly negotiated programs. Dryden became the Client’s partner in supplier performance management.

Challenges

  • Buyer Behavior: The Client struggles with end-user behavior and compliance to negotiated programs. P-card usage is a widely accepted practice at the Client.
  • Resource Constraints: Client procurement organization was going through significant reorganization, with numerous focuses and frequent fire drills.
Three white payment cards placed on a laptop keyboard with a text box explaining monthly reviews of client P-card usage by Dryden.

In partnership with the Client’s MRO Category Manager, Dryden provides analytical expertise and overall support in management of the key suppliers. Dryden conducts monthly business reviews with the suppliers, analyzes spending, implements cost savings opportunities, and rectifies any non-compliance or supplier performance issues.
